Our Student VISHAK V RAJEEV (Std. 6 B) has participated in the 5th RAC Cup National Karate Championship 2019 held at Rajeev Gandhi Indoor stadium, Regional sports Center Kadavanthra on 17th of February and was placed Third in the individual karate boys category.

Prodigies of St.Jude’s HSS
St.Judians have always added feathers to its cap. The greatest asset of an educational institution is its student power. They have come out with flying colours and have gained laurels for the school.

Mahesh M of first batch S.S.L.C secured 13th rank in 1997 S.S.L.C. exam and added one more gem to the history of St.Judes HSS Shilpi award was presented to the school inappreciation of the valuable contribution for achieving cent percent in 1999 by Christian service society, Kumari Ayisha Ali received gold rush award on the basis of S.S.L.C. exam result 1999. UP section in 1999 and later in 2002 be bagged 1st prize in state Youth Festival. Presently he is a playback singer. In 2003 Master shorn Jose secured first place in the National cycle polo championship held at Dunload Thum Thurei from 29th to 31st March. Master Xavier veevee PV was selected as gifted child and won 3rd rank and Master Sivakumar 9th rank in U.S.S. Exam.

With much privilege we appreciate the meritorious achievement of Kumari Afnitha Fathima 8th rank and Kumai Rishika Raghavan 12th rank in2004 S.S.LC. Exam. It has added another milestone in the history of St. Jude’s H.S.S.

Many times KPSE board selected our school for special Excellence Education Award. Kumari Aarathi Rajeev of std 4 secured little Genius award in 2006. Same year Kumari Asha Pradeep won First prize in English speech, second prize in English Recitation with ‘A’ grade in youth Festival competitions.
Our prestigious Band Team secured first ‘A’ grade in state level Youth Festival by their excellent performances. In 2004 our school was selected as the Best school in the district by Cochin Welfare Society.

In 2004 Master Jerin Joshy bagged many prizes in district youth festival for Kathaprsangam, Ganamela, Science seminar, debate, speech and many more. Master Vaidyanathan M.S. excelled on Science quiz, Science seminar, Talent Search Exam, Speech by securing many prizes.

In sports, Syam Prasad, Aswin Paul, Dheanush S, Govind M Kamath, bagged many prizes in the State level and National level badminton. For the past six years, Maths club and Social Science club of our school was selected as the best club for our active participation in various activities of like seminar project, exhibition, quiz, magazine, news editing and reading competitions. More than that for the past eighteen years, we have been reaping cent percent result in S.S.LC Exam.

With much privilege we say the quality education at St.Judes H.S.S prepares individual for life time of achievement. The study skills mastered here translated into practicality will help the students for a smooth take off.

It is befitting to give tributes to our beloved students Master Jerin Joshy and Kumari Aarathi Rajeev who lost their life different accidents. We are sure that they have joined God on the eternal shore.
